and through the use of the 1/8" thick wool felt (not thin wool fabric) lining serves as an insulation to keep the contents of the canteen cool

We make these in heavy duty cotton duck dyed in the correct USMC mustard/khaki shade

This is the modified model with "Airborne Division" style canvas cargo pockets and tie straps affixed to the legs. Some hemming may be required for proper fit. We had our own beautiful windproof 100% cotton sateen fabric custom woven for us to the correct fabric spec with a luxurious sheen to the face. You will note that the US army made these uniforms with the fabric's back (dull) side out
