Baptisia Cherry Pie Dracunculus since most Japanese grown plantsBaptisia 'Cherry Pie' is a 2019 Plant Delights JLBG introduction that constitutes a major color break in baptisia flowers. The vigorous clumps emerge in spring with 18" long flower spikes, laden with cherry red flowers with a small yellow keel upon opening. When mature, expect Baptisia 'Cherry Pie' to reach 32" tall x 4' wide. As with all baptisias, it has great tolerance to extended drought as well as standing water.
