Pinhook Bourbon Country Cask Strength oak planted the first Pinot NoirPinhook releases two expressions per year, a bourbon and a rye. The expressions are always unique and each release is named in honor of a young thoroughbred horse who shows promise on the race track. This years bourbon is a high rye bourbon, with 75% corn, 20. 5% rye, and 4. 5% malted barley in the mash bill. It is the first Pinhook expression to be released at cask strength.
