Hosta 'Gemstone' makes a vigorous growing but small, 5" tall x 1' wide clump of narrow Hosta venusta like, blue leaves. In midsummer, the clumps are topped with short 10" spikes of lavender flowers a hummingbird delight. If you like small valuable hostas, add a 'Gemstone' to your garden.
