Copper Chenrezig Statue Other Featuring an earthy red garnetThis copper statue depicts Chenrezig, the Tibetan name for a beloved Buddhist deity known elsewhere as Avalokiteshwara. Whilst Avalokiteshwara is often depicted with a great many heads and arms, Chenrezig is usually depicted with one head and four arms. In his raised hands he carries a lotus and a set of prayer beads or mallah. His other two hands are closed in a prayer. Like many Buddhist deities he is seated in the lotus position. Specifications:
