S231 - Large Rooted Spinosaurus aegyptiacus Dinosaur Tooth - Cretaceous KemKem Beds Spinosaur Bones Size (long): 11A fairly large and well preserved specimen. It has a beautiful orange brown enamel typical of the "Red Sandstone Beds" from which it comes from. One of the most remarkable features of this specimen is that it is almost fully rooted. It is very common to find Spinosaurus teeth on the market with heavily restored or even composite roots. But in this case, the root is completely natural. This is a rather difficult feature to preserve since it is hollow.
