Helleborus hybridus Southern Belle Doubles 2 QT Fall Flowering Plants the thin black-purple spadix standsThese double flowered lenten roses are from the Pine Knot breeding program of Dick and Judith Tyler. These 2 QT deer resistant plants are all flowering size, but we have not yet seen the flowers to determine which are truly doubles. Regardless, the genetics are certainly double, so if your clone doesn't flower double, some of the offspring certainly will. Judith tells me that approximately 75% should flower double.
