Hendricks MidSummer Solstice Gin Elmer when Midleton Master Distiller BarryLesley Gracie, who first created Hendricks gin, has crafted a small batch offering of a new gin to celebrate the Summer Solstice. It retains the brands signature cucumber and rose notes, but plays with the other botanicals to create a very fragrant, floral, and truly summery spirit. Orange blossom and lemon are clearly present on the nose, as is the ubiquitous juniper, but there is a full bouquet of other flowers present as well, evoking a lush garden
