The depth of charring forms a layer of red caramelized wood and gives the 100 proof whiskey its deep amber color and sweet flavor. Moderately full bodied. Marmalade, honey, maple. Rounded and fragrant on the palate. Ample fruit is brought forth with rich woody components. Long, smooth, sweet and delicious finish.
