Epimedium youngianum Pink Star Lepisorus who grew these from seed(syn: E. Cobblewood 229) This spontaneous seedling originated at the US National Arboretum as a cross between E. 'Candy Hearts' and E. diphyllum. E. 'Pink Star' was later named and introduced by Garden Vision in spring 2000 we are very pleased to be able to offer this superb new fairy wing also. Epimedium 'Pink Star' is essentially a much improved form of E. x youngianum 'Roseum', which is smothered with silvery pink flowers in very early spring atop
