Yard notes & kiln story
Description
The cask finish has imparted lovely sweet syrupy notes alongside the classic tropical fruit flavours
Maker's took it further by only searing one side of their staves – leaving the other side raw – to extract separate flavors from each side of the individual staves
Its colorful history and ties to the Colonial Era of America also made this project one worth undertaking
before bursting into an array of crushed rocks
An exquisite wine often drunk on its own as an aperitif
