Notocactus ottoluteus Living Wall flowering starts in mid-August andNotocactus x ottoluteus is a 2024 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a Mike Papay hybrid of Notocactus ottonis x Notocactus herteri ssp. roseoluteus. These amazing hybrids form large solitary, dark green, 3" tall x 8" wide rosettes, topped, starting for us in mid May, with clusters of delicious peachy tangerine colored flowers. So far, these have proven amazingly easy to grow in our well drained rock garden.
