Wimmer-Czerny Blanc de Noirs Brut 2011 Nuts warm sand/salt100% pinot noir! A great champagne method blanc de noir from Austria from one of our favorite producers. It is soft, creamy with some stone fruit (peach) on the palate, more orchard fruit on the crisp, lingering finish.
