After an initial year of aging in a shipping container in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, this barrel was then transferred to our Bushwick warehouse for an additional 6 years. The first summer of extreme high temperatures likely contributed to the higher than usual angel's share of 39. 7%, while continued aging in a more even environment resulted
