Fiend Mills Stem (48mm) Color:Black Chromoly or TitaniumDesigned w Lew the Mills stem is CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum & features extensive external machining to the faceplate & body to reduce weight, solid chromoly stem bolts, & a recessed compression bolt area that allows the top cap to sit flush for a clean look.
