no way of saying if it's complete

Could be the perfect finishing touch to a vintage caravan perhaps

with a panel of the pattern on each end

but that isn't right

The label had been removed when i got it, but apparently it was M&S (also hard to tell the actual size because of no label) Elasticated waist (at the back) It was a little large for me, so i would say a 16? I did a temporary adjustment to make it fit me (now carefully unpicked) Measures 40cm across the waist x 46cm from underarm to underarm x 113cm long Great
