Athyrium niponicum Joy Ride Crinum Starting in early summer and(aka: Anisocampium niponicum) Athyrium niponicum 'Joy Ride' is a 2015 Plant Delights JLBG introduction, and one of the best crested ferns we've ever grown. The 20" tall x 3' wide, compact clumps are composed of hundreds of stems, each clothed with glaucous green pinnae highlighted by a silver center, and more petticoats than you'd see at RuPaul's Drag Race. The deer resistant Athyrium 'Joy Ride' is a true delight in the woodland garden.
