Sweetened by the smooth caramel notes of agave nectar

Rather sparse in fruit but of incredible complexity

It's a blend of 80% tequila distilled from a double column-still and 20% tequila distilled from pot-stills

but there is so much underlying power and sheer structure that I will not be surprised if it shuts down in the bottle
