Grown and produced in Miahuatln, Oaxaca, from mature 8 year old Espadn pias and 14 year old Madrecuishe pias. Cooked in a handcrafted steam oven, fermented in tanks made from Montezuma wood and double distilled in a copper alembic. The Viejo Indecente Ensamble is an authentic blend of the noble Espadn and the wild Madrecuishe, which accompany each other
