Mash is 68% non gmo corn, 20% winter wheat, and 12% barley. All are grown locally in Wyoming. Bottled at 88 proof. Tastes floral with brown baking spices and browned butter, vanilla crme, caramel, and a hint of cinnamon. Light and smooth
