Old Elk Blended Straight Bourbon 2015 Craft Whiskey of the Year Indiana WhiskeyMade by the Old Elk Distillery in Fort Collins, CO, with Master Distiller Greg Metze at the helm, this bourbon is very unusual for using a high percentage of malted barley in the mash bill. The whiskey is a blend of a few different ages, ranging from 2. 8 8. 2 years in the cask, giving it a pleasant youthful heat supported by the structure that only more age can bring.
