Haqooq ul Allah and Haqooq ul Ibaad are the two most important aspects in a life of a Muslim to complete his Eman and faith. Haqooq UlIbaad is the duty, which Allah has given us for Mankind. The rights of every human being on other person. Muslim who fulfills the "Haqooq Ul Allah" must also fulfill the "Haqooq ul Ibaad ". These are two different things but are related. We must struggle and work for the welfare of a society, so we should make our Allah pleased by doing Ibadat and we should become good Muslim by serving and helping his mankind.

Unfortunately, in today’s world people are so keen to perform duties towards Allah Subhanu but at the same time they take Haqooq Ul Ibad very light (which is a very sensitive matter) and leave no efforts to destruct people lives. They ignore the truth that everyone has to taste death and on the Day of Judgment when court will be established by Almighty Allah, then the neglected rights of Allah, Haqooq Ul Allah, will be presented only in front of Allah and it depends on Almighty whether to forgive or give punishment but rights of people, Haqooq-ul-Ibad will not be forgiven until and unless that person will not forgive us whose right was being neglected by us. We know from Sunnah that if we recited some Tasbeehat then some of our sins will be removed from us. If we performed Hajj, all our previous sins will be removed. But this is the case with neglected rights of Allah.

That will be very critical situation in the court of Allah, when our relatives, our parents, our wives, our neighbors, our friends, our brothers, sisters or servants, or anybody stand up in the court and will make appeal in front of Allah that this man did not give us our right. This man collected money by deceiving us, by telling a lie. This man spread fitna among the people, he backbiting others, he was cursing the people, he was neglecting the poor, he was not giving food to Masakeen, he was not paying his servants dues or mistreating them, he was very much proud of his Ibada, he was proud of his piousness and he thought every other person is worthless and valueless. Then what will be our answer?

Prophet Muhammad also put great importance on human relations and that he was very sensitive about such issues. The following hadith is just one proof of this: Once our Mystic Master Prophet Muhammed (SAWS), asked Sahabah (RA) “Do you know who a bankrupt person is?” They said Ya Rasool Allah (SAWS) “the bankrupt among us is the person who does not have any wealth. Prophet (SAWS) said, “The bankrupt of my Ummah is someone who comes on the Day of Judgment with many rewards (hasnat) prayer, fasting, Zakat, but he had accused some person falsely, he abused another, cursed a third, taken the money of somebody else, spilt the blood of someone else, so he ends up giving those people from his good deeds and if he runs out of good deeds and he didn’t pay them back, then people start giving him some of their sins and he ends up going to hell fire.” Bukhari, Adab, 102; Muslim, Bin, 59; Tirmidhi, Judgment Day, 2; Ahmad ibn Hanbal, 303, 334, 372.

Therefore, we should take this matter very serious and cautious towards people rights.

INSPIRATION for Wholesome, Excellent Action

When his companions asked: O Messenger of Allah (SAWS) what are the most excellent of actions?

The beloved of Allah (SAWS) replied:

- To gladden the heart of human beings,
- To feed the hungry,
- To help the afflicted,
- To lighten the sorrow of the sorrowful, and
- To remove the sufferings of the injured.
(Sacred Tradition of Islam, Bukhari)

This has been the inspiration and scope of work of Tajuddin Welfare Trust for which we raised about few thousand dollars last years to help providing various Welfare Projects helping the poorest of the poor. Regardless of where people live in the world, trying to reduce human sufferings. Fellow human beings like us who are lying in the dust, starving just in front of our door step, those who are suffering in sickness silently because of lack of means for treatment - it is them who are the most easy to extend our hands to help . No time in human history have we been so oblivious to human dignity at such close proximity.

"Perhaps you may be sleeping whilst the doors of Heaven are knocking with tens of supplications for you, by a poor person you aided or a sad person you made happy or a distressed person you brought relief to. Therefore, do not underestimate doing good at all."-
